Our medium term notes are fresh-cut notes that mature in five years. We pay a consistent rate, payable monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually as you specify. Available for purchase for a discount at up to 20%, these medium term notes are redeemed at full face value five years from the date of issue. These notes are denominated in US Dollars or Euros and available on the European exchanges. Our Standard Tier MTN begin at E$100,000,000 and feature a 6.25% coupon rate. We offer medium term notes up to $10,000,000,000. Our Basic Tier MTN begin at $1,000,000 and feature an interest rate of 5.125%.
