Semi-coke is light black; characterized by high fixed carbon, high specific resistance, high chemical activity, low ash content, low sulfur and Low phosphorus; wildly applied to such industries as chemical industry, metallurgic industry, gas-making industry, etc.; used to produce Calcium Carbide,Ferrosilicon, FerroNickel,Silicon Carbide, Silico Manganese, Fertilizer, etc Semi coke is made from high grade Jurassic coal and as a new type of carbon material. It can be instead of some metallurgical coke when produce ferroalloys products. Semi coke is being used in smelting widely in China current.
