Materials: Alloy Steel, High-Temperature Stainless Steels, High-Temperature Alloy, and many more. Products: Expansion stud bolts, Stud bolts, Hexagonal bolts, Hexagon socket bolts, Expansion bolts, stud bolts The applicable maximum temperature can up to 1100 degrees, and the strength grade range is 205Mpa-1035Mpa; Advantages: 1. Quality assurance: Ensures that all products would be inspected totally, including chemical composition, mechanical property, hardness, UT, MT, PT, grain size and geometric dimensioning inspections. Inspectors all own ISO9712/EN473 and GB operation certificate. 2. Production traceability: All the links in the production chain, such as materials incoming inspection, heat treatment, product processing and finished testing, are traceable to ensure products 100% qualified. 3. GYEP operationers all own ISO9712/EN473 operation certificate of UT, MT, PT . Products RTY is 99.04% in 2016 Qualification rate of Products is 100% Full productivity of GYEP is 1,500 tons. Annual output in 2016 is 1, 125tons and production load rate is 75%. Overall orders for current GYEP are also not full, and the production load rate is 70% in 2016.
