The former is a fully-fledged travel and tour agency servicing primarily the hotel, tour and travels market with various tailor made products/services solutions. The latter specializes in the procurement, shipment and marketing of mineral resource commodities like coal, gold, diamonds to name a few. The two subsidiaries both operate from South Africa but spread their wings into source markets and marketplaces across Africa and beyond. Our primary focus is to establish a foothold in Africa that will then propel the group to other markets like America, Europe and Asia. Prola Consulting Group was formed by Ola Ayoade and Precious Mahosho who both provide the strategic direction and operational management for the two business units.
