ProServe is a subsidiary of DEMECO Company which has established in 1986 as a maintenance and service company for oil field and construction sector.

ProServe has been created to cover other activities in project management, engineering & consultation training in addition to the supply of high standards and unique equipments.

ProServe is a stock holding company established under the law of investment authority number 83 in Egypt in 2006.
