  The 41st Institute of CETC is the only professional Electronic Measurement Instrument Institute in China. Qingdao E-jiaxun Optical And Electrical Info Co... research and produce electronic measurement instruments and automatic testing systems in microwave, millimeter wave, optical electricity, and communications. We also provide measuring technique for the research and manufacturing of electronic devices and systems.
    Our headquarters Institute was located in high-tech development zone of Bengbu city, Anhui province, covering 83,900 square meters, as well as the branch lies in Qingdao Economy and Technology Development Zone, covering 110,000 square meters. We also set up sales companies and service centers in some cities such as Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Hefei.
    Our Institute has over 920 employees and 620 thereinto are specialist(over 80% are under 35year-old). More than 350 people have achieved a middling or high level engineering certificate. They work in seven research divisions including Microwave/millimeter wave measuring, Digital/Photoelectric/Radio communications, Electronic application and Microwave parts Department. Other departments include the Computing, Precision Manufacturing, Quality Control and Sales Center, as well as the Construction Department.
    Approved by the Chinese government, our Institute has set up the "Science and Technology on Electronic Test and Measurement Laboratory", "Photoelectric Computing Station", "National Quality Control Center for Electronic Instruments" and "National Import/Export Electronics Lab". We have been awarded honors such as "Institute advanced in Research and Production".
    Our Institute boasts a professional team, advanced design/measuring/testing/manufacturing equipment and a mature quality control system (ISO9001registed in March, 1998). We have acquired over 300 research awards in the past ten years. Our products are used in microwave/millimeter-wave, fiber optics and digital communications. We also provide testing/measuring equipment for radars and satellites. 
    Our Institute has also developed civilian products in six categories: Electronic Measuring Instruments, Incubation Equipment, Communications Equipment, Car-washing Machinery, Fire Alarm Systems and Tobacco Machinery. Their excellent performance and all-round after-sales service have won trust from customers.
