Qingdao Freede Trading Co., Ltd was founded in 1995, and later incorporated in 2000. Employing 500 highly qualified personnel, we are engaged in the production of hats, caps, baseball caps, knitted caps, scarves, gloves and embroidered emblems, among others.
Covering a total floor area of 10, 000 square meters, our workshops are fitted with comprehensive production facilities. Stringent quality control and production control policies have been instituted to gurantee the quality and delivery time for every order.
Qc procedures have been implemented to oversee all aspects of the production process. With dozens of staff, the qc department has one supervisor available for every 10 production staff. Furthermore, we also have 8 personnel engaged in conducting random inspections at different phases. These include 3 staff attached to the sales office who are responsible for final monitoring and testing of finished products before delivery to clients.
In order to promptly respond to customers' demands, our experienced sales force are always ready to cooperate with other departments to answer questions, handle inquiries, and respond to feedback. These staff also work with our designers to fill ODM orders in accordance with customized requirements or supplied samples.
