Qingdao Padstar Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was built in 2001. The head office of our company is located in Zhaoyuan City, a new industrial city in North China, which is 80 miles away from Yantai and 150 miles away from Qingdao.

Our company has fixed asset of RMB 18 million. Meanwhile, we have production workshop of 5500 square meters, warehouse of 3500 square meters and reserved development area of 30000 square meters. Our company also has a unit of equipment with an annual output of 3 million sets of brake pads and 500KW electric powers. The traffic is very convenient and the facilities are perfect.

Asbestos free type of disc brake pad is the main product of our company. With the world-class of equipment, technology and formula specially introduced from North America, all equipment and technologies are accomplished automation of control, which ensures high efficiency of producing technology processes and high quality of products. Our company sets up and perfects a complete set of quality control system from materials entering the factory to products leaving the factory and the strict product inspection system, keeping totally production processes in control and making full quality and regulation management through entire production processes.

The subsidiary materials are from the USA and Canada. Our company produces 1 million sets per year. The formula of friction materials is developed and designed specially by Clark & Consulting Company. The friction materials of our company have passed supervision & examination by China Non-metal Materials Supervision & Examination Center, and all guidelines are accorded with the requirements of GB5763-98. Moreover, we have passed the Detroit LINK Examination and VESC-3 Certificate in the USA. The brake pads of heavy vehicles have passed R90 Certificate since June 2007 in Europe. Now our company can produce different kinds of materials such as semi-metallic, low-metallic, organic, ceramic disc brake pads from EE to GG grade. Our company will supply products according to the demands of customers.
