Qingdao Wuxiao Tower Co.Ltd has a long standing in the design manufacturing and installation of steel tower mast structures. Various kinds of towers and steel structures fabricated by us are widely used in the following fields like power transmission, substation, radio/TV broadcasting, microwave communication, telecommunication, etc. Through the application of new techniques and advanced technology, the company developed the coniform shape tower without circular welding seam and it is the first pioneering work in this field. As for galvanization, we have introduced advanced rare earth hot-dip galvanizing technology through which the galvanization aging span can be twice prolonged compared with the regular methods. The company is equipped with the most advanced machining tools like large scale CNC bending machine, CNC angle steel production line, CNC plasma cutter, CNC plate extrusion press, automatic submerged arc welding machine, gas shielded welding machine etc. As for testing of raw material and finished product, we have full sets of physical/chemical testing instruments as well as non-destructive flaw detection equipments. The company laboratory has got the national qualification certificate. We have got the production licenses for 500KV (and below) transmission tower, and microwave communication tower. As for quality management, we are certified by both China Quality Management Society and Business Inspection Bureau and we firmly follow the requirements stipulated in the documents.
