A new manufacturing unit based at Baddi (H. P. ) , being set up for producing the highly consumed technical textiles i. E. PU (Polyurethane) dry and Raglan lethextilet processed synthetic fibre and PP (Polypropylene) Non-Woven fibre of international standards. The entire machinery being imported from Taiwan. The plant will be using the Taiwan / Japan / Korean technology. A four colour printing, embossing, tumbling and lamination machines are also being set up. This will be using wet coagulation technique. For PP non woven, it is the largest PP non woven spunbounded plant capacity in India.
Is a specialized manufacturer of Flocked Velvets, Suede Velvets, Woven Velvets, Knitted Velvets and PU / PVC Synthetic Leather; used in various applications like Home Furnishings, Upholstery Fabrics, Home Decorations (Photo Frames, Wall Hangings etc) , Accessories (Photo Album Covers, Jewelry case cover, spectacle covers, cell phone covers etc) , Purses / wallets, Cushion covers, Curtains, Rugs, Car Seat, Sofa fabrics, Auditorium / Cinema Seats, Baby Car Seats cover, Automotive Decorations, Garments, Shoe upper, Shoe Linings, Chappals, Commercial Vehicles interiors, Bus Seat, Luggage, Shopping Bags, Jackets etc. The company spreads in an area of 13000 Sq mts with a capacity to produce 4million meters monthly using imported machineries. The company has everything under one roof starting from the preparatory work till the post finishes, inspection, packaging and dispatch. We have our own test house to ensure the quality of raw material and of finished products. Our test house is equipped with all the required testing equipments enabling us to give our own test certificates for the product manufactured.
