4. Passing export documents under both drawback and
DEEC through Customs.

6. Transportation of goods from warehouse to the docks
including pickup of containers from the yards.
7. Bill of Lading to be provided within 24 hours of
the sailing of the vessel.
8. Preparation of post shipment documents and placing
the same with the bank for negotiation.
9. Fixation of duty drawback and band rate from the
drawback directorate.
10. Getting drawback cheque approval and clearance.
11. Getting export obligation cleared from customs and
licensing authority.
12. Registration of contracts at customs & after
import clearance & supply of equipment to project
authority
13. Get normal imports cleared and inform the RBI
subsequently of the import position.
14. Get DEEC item of import clearance from the customs
authority
