We specialize in close tolerance CNC Turning, CNC Machining Center and Cold Forged of precision components from prototype through production quantities. Based on ISO 9001:2000, every step and procedure at RAYCORL ensures exact and consistent adherence to critical dimensions. Parts are inspected using CMM, CMI, Profile Projector, Contour Measurement Instrument and Micro-Hite, as well as digital inspection equipment and PPAP for Mobile Parts.
Our wide range of expertise includes CNC machined parts for Aircraft parts,Semiconductor Machines, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Parts, Air Gun Parts, Bicycle/ Motorcycle/Mobile Parts, Paint Ball Guns.
We can provide prototyping service, cost-effective innovative solutions and custom mechanical assemblies in our 3,000 square meter facility.
