RBM Voice & Data Consultancy is a specialist Avaya INDeX supply and Support Company that was formed in 2003. It has since grown to become one of the largest stockists of INDeX guaranteed 2nd user equipment in the UK, trading in all aspects of the Avaya INDeX telephone system and has vast stocks of handsets, system cards, processors with many licenses, cables and peripheral items at remarkably low prices. Everything supplied has been stripped down, cleaned and tested then shrink wrapped to maintain its condition and in most cases boxed and labelled/barcoded.
Their experience dates back to the days when INDeX was the main product of SDX at RBM VOICE & DATA CONSULTANCYlwyn Garden City, and although AVAYA have now discontinued it, it still stands up as one of the best (and most reliable) products in the market place. Today there are thousands of INDeX systems in operation with competitors trying to replace this fantastic product with new systems of varying reliability, often poor audio and complex user instructions.
