Our procedure in general is given below. On the other hand if any other requirements come from our customers we immediately inform you with the details. PROCEDURE: 1. BUYER issues LOI2. Seller issues a NCND 3. Buyer signs the NCND and sends it to the Seller 4. Seller issues Draft Contract. 5. Buyer signs the Draft contract and sends it to the seller.6. Buyer&＃39;s Bank opens Transferable LC for seller as agreed by seller&＃39;s Bank. If necessary, seller will also ask for proof for funds. 7. Buyer uses US, Western Europe or Hong Kong Prime Banks for confirmation.8. Upon receipt of the agreed LC, seller activates 2 % Performance Bond 9. Seller can provide proof of products or buyer or it`s representative visit`s site for inspection. 10. Quantity and quality check with SGS at loading port. 11. At the buyer&＃39;s request, the seller will allow the buyer or his representative to be present at loading port. 12. Seller begins shipments.
