RES APULA SRL recently born enterprise has been created in order to spread the tastefulness of our foodstuff among those who already know the quality of Italian food and those who do not, and desire to enjoy the exclusiveness of colours, flavours and traditions we propose. Res Apula aims at satisfying all kind of tastes. Its special characteristic is the daily search of all the elements that everybody envies us, would like to have and share with us, as a symbol of the genuineness and quality that distinguish our enterprise. The Mediterranean climate is our best ally, as it magnifies the colours and the taste of our items that our European cousins have been trying to equalize for a long time: the results have been good, since we own such ingredients that nobody could ever imitate. Farmers have been keeping for years the secrets of their work, that has been transmitted throughout the centuries since the Roman period. Their full-time dedication, together with their wisdom in taking care of plants, as they were their own babies, dignify Italian products, making them unique, refined and required.
