Established in 2006, Riviera LLC is a trusted producer of starch trays for mogul lines. Starch trays are used in confectionery industry to mold fondant and jelly sRiviera, LLCets into starch. The company&＃39;s daily capacity goes up to 1,000 trays. Made of beech, our starch trays are both solid and lightweight. To ensure strict size accuracy all operations throughout the production process are performed on CNC machining centers. Standard size of a starch tray is 400 800 mm, however it may vary depending on a mogul line specifics. The company makes starch trays for all mogul lines existing, both new and old (NID, Makat, WDS, Helios). In 2016 the company got our trays successfully tested in Germany at WDS (Winkler und Dnnebier Swarenmaschinen GmbH) which is one of the world&＃39;s biggest manufacturers of confectionery equipment.
