Founded in 2001, RLED, LLC holds exclusive exploitation andtrademark rights (for production, distribution, trademark andflavor usage) to the proven successful Roaring Lion energy drinkbrand, which is currently an energy drink market leader in USon-premise fountain sales (sales of energy drinks in bars,nightclubs and discotheques). RLED, LLC is a profitable Californiacompany and owns the "Roaring Lion" brand.  Initially, RLEDLLC decided to focus exclusively to develop their US on-premisefountain business (with syrups in "bag-in-the-box"post-mix-packaging). In 2005, RLED, LLC further expanded its reachin the on-premise market with the addition of a second SKU, the 500ML RTD (Ready-To-Drink) bottle. In 2007 RLED added a 355 ML can andin 2008 a sugar free 500 ML bottle. RLED, LLC now aims to developRoaring Lion's business off-premise (in retail stores,supermarkets, convenience stores, gas stations, 7-11 stores, etc.)while furthering it's on premise and limited internationalbusiness.
