Company Description

Roadstour Vietnam, Roadstour Vietnam, are an exclusive travel agency and tour operator. We serve tourists, foreign and local. We have an excellent track record of satisfied clients, even though we are a young company.

The company was founded by Mr Cap Van Phung and Mr Dao Trung Nguyen. Both men have nearly a decade of experience in the field of tourism.

Mr Cap Van Phung is the Director of Business Development. He is the one who oversees the administrative tasks of Roadstour. He has a degree in Tourism. In his younger years, he worked as a tour guide.

Mr Dao Trung Nguyen is the Managing Director of the company. Like Mr Phung, he finished Tourism in the university. He has outstanding experience working for established travel agencies and hotels.
Roadstour Vietnam is currently located in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.

1. VIP treatment
a. Restaurants and Meals: Roadstour stops by the exotic Vietnamese restaurants, with one meal containing five different dishes.
b. Tickets: Roadstour itself arranges the ticket purchasing for the tourist. This means, upon arriving in a tourist spot, e.g. museum, the tourist no longer needs to fall in line in the ticket counter.
c. Customer Authority: Meeting the demands of the tourist is always the main priority of Roadstour.

4. Quality assurance: At the end of every tour, the tour guides are required to acquire feedback from the tourists. They hand out the feedback forms, which are placed inside of the envelopes. If the feedback form contains an average or poor comment, Roadstour calls the concerned tour guide immediately to ask for an explanation about the poor reaction.

5. Competitive travel rates: Roadstour prices are definitely exclusive. However, we make sure that everything the tourist has paid is worth it.

6. 24/7 Assistance: Roadstour answers questions, replies to inquiries and assists everyone at any time on any day.
