- We have all the respective mining titles for the areas and the export licenses. We also have special contracts with Indian reservations to have their materials from those areas.

- RoCK MINERALES SAS its concerned about the serious conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and adjoining countries. As a responsible miner exploration company we are fully committed to avoiding the use of conflict minerals . In the implementation of our policy covering sourcing of raw materials from all areas we work, we are committed to following the appropriate OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict Affected and High Risk Areas (2011).Materials mined by RoCK MINERALES SAS should not contribute human rights abuses anywhere in the areas we work.

- All material comes with its certificate of origin and all its proper legal export documentation from Colombia.

- We welcome companies interested in purchasing our production of Tantalite/Columbite, Cassiterite and Wolframite and other ores and sands.
