21. PROCEDURE
1. Seller and Buyer sign SPA
2. Buyer send s Valid farm tank details to receive MNOR
3. Upon confirmation of NOR, Buyer raises BG to enable product  discharged
4. BG crystallizes within 48hrs after discharge into farm tank

Procedure (Payment on Delivery)             
1. Seller issue mou to buyer and buyer signed and return with bank endorsed LPO.
2. Seller confirm the LPO within 4hRolandoilandgass and programmed the in voice.
3. Seller invites buyer’s inspection team to carry out test in Sapele Depot Delta State  before loading.
4. Upon successful diagnosed test Buyer or Seller nominates  5 trucks for loading.
5. Seller loads 5 trucks within 3 days and delivery is made within 24hrs depending on the Buyer’s Location.
6. Seller loads Buyer’s 5 trucks within 3days due to depot programming.
7. Seller delivers the products to Buyer’s Storage.
8. Buyer Pays fully for the number of trucks required/ delivered by bank transfer before discharging products to Buyer’s Storage.
9. Payment is in Naira
