She lies in NO.1 Xingyuan ***** Industrial Zone Rugao Jiangsu Province, near yanhai high-way in the east(to entrance high-way about 3 minutes), close to Sutong Bridge in the south(to Shanghai about 90 minutes), not far from the railway in the Rugao Shunda Shipping Metallurgy Co., Ltd.st(to Rugao railway station about 2 minutes), the north connected to TongYang canal. Land & water transportation is very convenient, greatly facilitate the transport of goods and customers visiting. The company covers the area 64 mu, specialized in the production of anchors, steel castings for machinery structure & hull structure, large steel construction about 40 years. Annual production capacity is 8000ton, export accounted for 80 percent of the total output. Through years of continuous efforts and fine products prestige, we have got recognition of classification society from CCS, ABS, BV, LR, NK, DNV, GL, KR, RINA & welding recognition from ABS, GL, LR, in counterparts we passed the ISO9001 quality system recognition, products manufactured have been praised at home & abroad. The company has a complete set of production equipment: three-phrase 5ton electric arc furnace, 80ton heat treatment electric furnace, mixer, Shot blasting Machine, carbon arc air gouging, 5ton-32ton driving cranes and so on. Quality system is perfect, try to carry out the concept of “Financial inspection in production”. Each process has full-time or part-time staffs, ensuring the quality of each production processes. Test equipment: Sand Detector, Composition Analyzer, a projector, Material Testing Machine, Impact Testing Machine, 100ton&200ton Proof Testing Machines, non-destructive testing, (Ultrasonic, Magnetic)and so on. Now there are 5 eigneering technical staffs and 10 senior technical staffs in the company. At present, we can produce under 30ton anchors, under 35ton Fabricated Steel Stockless Anchor and under 18ton single steel castings. Casting anchors, such as:Type AC-14 Anchor(all balanced), Baldt Anchor, Hall anchor, Danforth Anchor, USN Stockless Anchor, Type JIS Stockless Anchor and so on. Fabricated Steel Stockless Anchor:D’hone Anchor, Pool Anchor, Delta Anchor, Bruce Anchor and so on; Marine Steel castings: rudder blade, hang rudder arm, plane rub rudder bearing, cable wheel, roller fairleader, mooring pipe, anchor mouth, ship bottom hinge plate, stern and so on. Company’s Achievement: In 2002, we have successfully produced 3pcs 23ton Spek Anchor for Olympic Games of Athens, super-luxury travelling ship“Queen MaryII”, with B+V swivel, certificate:LR.
