1. Buyer sends to Seller their ICPO/LOI. 2. Seller sends Buyer the FCO, Buyer sign/seal and return back to seller 3. Seller send Draft Contract, Buyer within 3 working days counter amend Draft Contract seal AND Seller issue NCNDA/IMFPA. 4. Seller Appoint Buyer to sign Charter Party Agreement and Buyer will Register the Hard Copy Contract with RJT Shipping Department, Ministry of Neft and Energy, Russian Chamber of Commerce respectively. 5. Seller Bank Swift to Buyer Bank Partial Proof of Products (POP) Documents which consist of: i) Certificate of Products Ownership. ii) Certificate of Products Origin iii) Statement from Refinery stating the Availability of the Products. iv) Confirmation of Transshipment and delivery of products to the Port of loading. v). Copy of license to export, issued by the department of the ministry of energy. vi). Copy of approval to export, issued by the department of the ministry of justice. vii). Copy of the Refinery commitment to produce the product. Viii). Copy of the port storage agreement. xv). Copy of charter party agreement(s) to transport the product to discharge port. Bill of Lading. x). The legalized, notarized and registered hard copies of contract with necessary Authorities 6. Buyer Bank Swift Transferable DLC to Seller Bank. 7. Seller Bank activates Buyer payment instrument with 2% Performance Bond (PB). 8. Shipment Commence. 9. Seller immediately within 3 working days of receiving the LC Pay all Party involves their commissions by TT wire transfer. YRussoil&co. Urgent respond is needed as soon as possible.
