Saff's Group Philippines Co. Australian Singapore Philippine Group In the Philippines active in Mining. Nickel Ore, Iron Sand - all Lic-permits are in place/ship out and also Offshore Mining which it is still in exploration stage.  

We just now received from the Philippines Government a reclamation sand permit to dredge to sell reclamation sand. All permits - Lic - to ship out all in place. We also have partnered up with a very experienced large dredging company in the business off dredging more than 20 years.
