Sai flexi bag Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 2007 with a vision to become a leading processor and supplier of flexible intermediate bulk containers/packaging materials worldwide. The team comes with very strong vision backed with vast experience and executive skills. It all started with a small initiative but with big dream few years back to set up a manufacturing. That dream has turned in to reality today with Sai Flexbag pvt ltd emerging as one of the leading manufacturer of jumbo bag. In command of operation the promoter comes with His contagious youthful vibrancy and has successfully chartered the growth of the company. The management has selected state of the art technology and an experienced work force to achieve the goals.
Location and facility

The manufacturing plant is located at Tuticorin the southern port city. The port city is Sai Flexi Bag P ltdll connected globally by air and sea. The built up area is about 50000 SQ FT.The location is easily accessible by road, rail and air. The process unit is vertically integrated having machineries for converting PP/PE into jumbo bag. The installed capacity is 1.2 million bags per annum and having workforce more than 250.

Types/Options of Jumbo Bags

The jumbo bags are manufactured with different constructions as per safe working load requirements. Generally Jumbo bag is made from Polypropylene woven fabric without lamination/with lamination and provided with PE liner for protection.
