With great pleasure, SATYANARAYAN ISPAT PVT LTD would like to introduce ourselves as a leading engineering concern situated in the heart of metropolitan city of Calcutta (India) established about two decade ago as a Gray Cast Iron foundry manufacturing constructional and industrial castings with a capacity of 12000 mts / annum under the banner of our foundries Ms Satyanarayan Ispat Pvt Ltd. and Ms Premier Iron Steel Works Pvt. Ltd.

Our foundries are well equipped with latest type of twin blast cupola, sand control plant, laboratory, pattern shop & ramp (for in-house container loading) which is essential for the maintenance of quality and quantity control systems. Quality is inspected at various stages of production with the aim of meeting the highest international standards and the service is provided by a well-coordinated team of engineers and executives.

We produce an incredibly wide range of castings, from components weighing a few grams to counterweights grossing in excess of 1 tonnes each. We have developed products for sewerage and storm water systems, flood control, roadways and many utilities like grates to protect underground high technology optical fibre telephone lines, to provide protective fire hydrants, valves & water meter boxes along with the municipal castings used in USA & middle east. Since a decade, we have been steadily supplying our high quality & international standard products in the global market.

We are manufacturing & exporting gray cast iron manhole covers and frames, grates, sanitary cast iron (surface box, valve box & water meter box) and public work castings. We also produce castings as per buyer specifications and drawings. Presently, we are exporting our products in the markets of U. S. A., Europe & Mid East.

Please be informed that we are supplying our products as per the ASTM A48 / BS EN124 standards to some big suppliers in the market of USA & mid east over a decade. These products includes standard market items, water castings, municipality castings, sanitary castings, etc. Our products complies to the international standards and as per the requirements of our valued clients.

We would like to inform you that we are the consumers, traders and suppliers of various ferrous & non-ferrous scraps based in Kolkata, INDIA, and are into this business since past 30 years or so. We are registered & regular dealer of SAIL and we procure Pig Iron, Ferro Alloy Scraps of Hi-Chrome, Ni-Hard, etc from gaint plants like SAIL, IISCO, DSP, TATA, NTPC, DVC, Indian Railways, etc.

We procure scraps both locally & via imports. Presently, we are making imports of Cast Iron Scrap, Cast-Iron Blocks & Engine-Machinery Scrap, Hi Chrome Scraps, Ni Hard Scrap from USA, Bahrain, Angola and Tanzania.
