Boca Rich:  All-purpose fat impression and flavor smoother.   Made from carbohydrates & natural botanical extracts.  Gives the taste impression of fats and oils with actually adding any.   Used in baked goods & fillings, breads, low-fat or fat free foods.
Vivara Bold: Fat impression flavor with additional acid-reduction capabilities.  Used in salad dressing , tartar sauce and mashed potatoes.
Fragos Silk: Dextrose-based flavor smoother.  Used with nutritional & soy beverages.  Eliminates off-flavors.
