Escar Prod is the only provider of snail meat products at an industrial
scale, that is certified organic at both processing level, as SC Escar Prod SAll as at
farm level, with BIO certification. The certification body is none other
than EcoCert International, based in Northeim Germany , the most credible
certification body, worldwide.

Escar Prod is probably the newest processing plant, being unique in the
world,  built to the latest standards of food products handling and
processing, having the ISO 22000/HACCP certifications, as well as the
EcoCert International Bio certification.
