Screw machining parts, we are making all kinds of machine turned parts according to customer's designs and samples. We have advanced brand new machines of Japanese-made CNC lathes, machine center combined with secondary operations such as grinding,drilling,honing,lapping and polishing to process the higher precision required by customers. Sizes also vary from M 1.6 to M8 with outer diameter ranging from 2.5mm to 51 mm. The accuracy min. +/-0.003 mm.

Materials available for cold forging, turning, stamping and precision casting are stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, free cutting steel, low carbon, high carbon steel, alloy, titanium alloy, cold rolled steel to form precision drawn metals etc.
