The history of sega goes back to 1968. It was initially just an outlet but in time, the business has grown to include importing from neighboring countries which later on, especially from the beginning of 1984, evolved in to an international trading business of exporting& importing thousands of merchandise among more than 20 countries worldwide.
Today sega brings togather about 15 manufacturing companies, service companies, trade companies, warehouses in free trade areas, distributors, whole sellers, agencies& outlets for direct sales both inside& outside(such as germany, algeria, bulgaria, iran, iraq) under a single umbrella. Sega most prominently specialised in the fields of auto industry(engine oil products, car care& protection products, car accessories, car spare parts, batteries, gasket makers&insulators, brand tyres&so on), hand tools&house-hold requirements(uncountable here), construction materials(silicones, gasket makers, mastics, foam sealants&alike. );cosmetics& fragrances(deodorants, perfume sprays, air fresheners, shampoos etc. ). Sega automotive chemicals& foreign trade company ltd. Was established as an affiliate company of the group in 1997 for the manufacturing purposes. Although sega foreign trade company incorporation carries out international trading business on behalf of the group, some other affiliates, one of which is sega automotive chemicals& foreign trade company ltd. Have also established their international trading departments besides.
Automotive chemicals factory manufactures the products under iso-9001& 14001 standards in the main lines as categorized below.
1- auto consumables, auto motor oil& motor oil additives
Engine oil sae series 20w50,15w40,30,40,50; stroke engine oil;oil additives, oil treatment, fuel additives(diesel additive, gasoline additive), octane booster, gear lube, steering fluid, atf transmission lubricant, break fluid dot 3 - dot 4, anti-freeze.
2- auto care, auto maintanance, auto economizer& auto cleaning products.
A)engine oil stop leak, motor flush(cleaner), radiator flush, radiator stop leak(liquid& powder), starting fluid, anti-freeze, radiator coolant, injector cleaner, carburetor& choke cleaner, smoke stop, greases.
B)engine degreaser, penetrating oil, undercoating spray, windshield anti-freeze(de ice), color waxes(liquid& paste), car wash with wax, dashboard polish, heavy duty silicone cleaner, auto cockpit silicone cleaner, foaming tire cleaner, multi purpose polishers, liquid windshield wash
3 -cosmetics& fragrances
Deodorants, fresh air perfume sprays, car air fresheners with real perfume, shampoos, hair sprays, hair gel, baby cologne, shaving foam, shaving cologne, soaps for hand washing& bathing, liquid soap, heavy duty hand cleaner gels, liquid air fresheners, air freshener gels, other spray air& car air fresheners.
4 -sealants& adhesives
Silicone sealants& adhesives, mastic sealants& adhesives, gasket makers, epoxy steels, auto trim adhesives, glues, steel epoxy sticks, foam sealants.
5 -miscellaneous merchandise
Spray paint, spray varnish, flies insecticide, clean all foam cleaner, glass cleaner, lubricant silicone for molds with special inflammable gas(mold anti-bonding), release agent with inflammable gas.
At present, SEGA Automotive Chemicls Ind. & Foreign Trade Ltd.Co. production(for various sizes) capacities are 20 000 mt per year for the oil production line; 194 000 tube(in various sizes) a day for gaseous, pressure filling line; 3000 mt a year for silicone& mastic manufacturing& cartridge filling line; 2000 mt/year for grease line. All the production lines- comprising preparation, mixing& processing, filling, packaging, storage functions- are of fully integrated complex characteristics.
In addition to our being an internationally reputable exporter company, we also import some inputs a few of which are: Base oil sn series, spindle oil, brake fluid dot 3-4, meg, silicone, lpg, alcohol, some mastic components& so on in bulky freight.
