Seojung Cooking Corp., Ltd.lcome. I, Jung Ok Seo, am the CEO of Seojung Cooking Ltd.
The current society requires industrialization of food due to women's increased participation in economic activities and an increasing number of aged populations. Seojung Cooking Ltd. has been established in order to contribute to food industrialization based on the 'know-how' gained from all my experiences in cooking and teaching in luxury cooking school, Seojung Cooking Academy in Gangnam.

I have, so far, concentrated on industrialization of homemade food whilst working as food consultant within large department stores, catering companies and other food suppliers and I do think that food reflects the culture of the country by the combination of ingredients and fabulous sauces and it can also be seen as a performing art generating harmony between the nation's technology and arts. I do believe that anyone can easily cook and Korean style cuisine (Hansik) can be spread out with 80% of standardized sauces and 20% of presentation skills.

Korean style cuisine (Hansik) is standing in the core of 5000 years of nation's culture and it has been dramatically developed as a healthy food product within the key industry of the future, following semiconductor, IT, ship construction and motor vehicles industries.

Seojung Cooking Ltd. is based on Korea's well-being fermented foods and it will remain under the company's slogan 'Slow food & Joy'.
