Greetings. I am Lee Jong-min who makes tea at Seondol Village.
It's been several years since I started my own business because I wanted to create my very own tea.
I intend to release all the teas produced at Seondol Village since 2011 as "JADE: LEE" story.
JADE is a French word for 'gem'. In my name, Lee Jong-min, the character for 'min' means gem.
And by taking my family name, Lee, I created "JADE: LEE".

Due to the cold wave during winter, many tea trees are hit. by the cold wave. Because of this, it is considered that the production of premium tea will drop and the quality of the tea products will be greatly affected. So Seondol Village aims to produce a small amount of premium tea by selecting only the best raw ingredients.
