Customization

To Provide better services to its customer's we offer facilities of customization. Shaheen customize the products according to the customers demands and interests. Meanwhile Shaheen offers CNC engineering works to design new patterns of instruments beyond our current product catalogues. Shaheen comprise and not limited to these Customizations

1. Tungsten Carbide (T.C.) instruments

For better working quality of different technical instruments we use the T.C.(Tungsten Carbide) tip on their working points which increases the accuracy and working performance.

2. Special Titanium instruments

Shaheen also manufacture's the instruments in titanium. Titanium instruments are more sophisticated than stainless steel instruments because of their low weight and rust free nature.

3. Stainless Steel

Shaheen also uses the different types of Imported and local Stainless Steel on the customer requirements. If our customer demands for some special high grade stainless steel we import that steel from German, French and Japanese renowned stainless steel companies according to the customers requirement.


4. Special patterns

Shaheen provides the facilities of manufacturing the instruments according to special patterns. Our customers just told us about the exact dimensions of the instruments and our IT experts prepares its Computer made drawings, we send these drawings to our customers for accuracy approval, when our customer approves its accuracy we transfer it to our Production department, and under the supervision of expert and skilled production supervisors these instruments are processed from start to end.
