The second stage is from 1985 to 2000. during this period befar developed healthily. Befar became to a independent alka-clorine enterprise from a branch (accessorial) plant. Befar had also developed it?s complementary thermoelectricity plant,salt chemical , oil demulsifier and assistants products. The third stage is from 2000 to 2005, during this 5 years, befar developed at high speed and made great progress. Just take 2005 as an example. The total sale incom was 10.3 billion rmb, the total profit and tax is 1.8 billions, and the total net profit is 0.75 billion rmb.
