Shandong Futong Electrics Co.,Ltd.,a new developing civil managing enterprise coming up with the great tide of the national reforming and opening policy,was established in 1987 in the beautiful capital of international kite SHANDOG ZHENGDA CRAFT CO.,LTDifang.At the very beginning of establishment,it absorbed the modern enterprise system,and now after twenty years effort if has become a modern medium-sized enterprise from a workshop factory.
Our company which is the trustee unit of Switch Branch of China Electric Industrial Association is the pointed enterprise to produce hight-voltage switch aluminum alloy castings by using the advanced technology metal low-voltage foundry.It was awarded several honorary names,such as Contract-keeping Enterprise of Weifang,Civil Technical Enterprise of Shandong Province etc.
Our company covers forty thousand square meters and its construction area for productions is ten thousand square meters.There are more than three hundred workers and staff,among them there are neayly thirty professional technicians.Its fixed asset is 50 million RMB yuan.It has CAD design center with powerful product developing ablility.
We have complete and various equipment from casting to machining such as the advanced aluminum melting resistance furnace,core making machine,auto-control die casting machine,heat treament equipment and water and gas sealing test instrument.We also have arc welder and welding production line of welding equipment.The machining equipment contains engine lathes,milling machines,drilling machines,slotting machines,combined machine tools,digital controlled lathes,wire cutting machine tools,vertical and horizontal machining centers,controlled lathes and drilling-screwing-milling machining center introduced from Japan and Korea,We have complete physical,chemical and computation measure instruments.The annual production ability of aluminum allou castings reaches 1500 MT.
The main products of our company:full sets of aluminum alloy castings of ZW7-40.5 outdoor vacuum breakers,LW8-40.5 outdoor pot shaped and porcelain post shaped SF6 breakers,LW36-126 high voltage outdoor SF6 breakers,ZF10-126,ZF12-252 sealed combined electrics and so on.And also the aluminum alloy cases of LQB-110W2SF6 gas insulated handstand type electrical current mutual inductors,LVB-110W2,LVB-126W2,LVB-220W2,LVB-252W2 oilpaper insulated handstand type electrical current mutual inductors.
