• Shandong Helon Comfortable Nonwovens Co.,Ltd was established in October,xxxxx is located in Ocean Industry Development Area, Shandong Helon Comfortable Nonwovens Co.,ltdifang City, Shandong Province, China and covers an area of 8.67 hectares. Our factory owns three large workshops with assets USD 120,000,000 and 200 employees, 38 of which are technicians. We have passed the ISO 9001 quality certification and have excellent management system, with the help of which we are able to supply various high-quality nonwoven fabric and end products. PP Spunbond production line has a capacity of 3000 tons/year.We can produce spunbond nonwoven fabric from 15 gsm to 150 gsm,width up to 3.3m,with all colours.We can also supply Anti-Uv,Hydrophilic,and Anlistatig spunbond nonwovens,etc. Two Spunlace production lines have a capacity of 4500 tons/xxxxx of them is imported from Rieter France Company.We can supply the Rayon/Polyester fabric from 30 gsm to 80 gsm,width up to 2.0 m.We can also supply the Soy Protein fibre spunlace ,Milk Protein fibre spunlace and Fire Retardant spunlace fabric,etc.We can produce with our own Royan fibre so we have lower cost. Our end-products products line is established in the year 2005,we can produce kinds of disposable nonwoven products,such as face masks, surgical gowns, protective gowns, aprons,and so on. Our products are being widely used in the building industry, agriculture, medical treatment and daily life. They are mainly exported to Europe ,Southeast Asia,North America,etc,and have gained high praise from our clients.
