The company locates at the capital of kite, WEIFANG, SHANDONG. Now there are 150 staff and the annual output is more than 200 million RMB. There are five workshops: casting 1 , casting 2, machinery process, paint and mould. The company has the independent intellectual property rights and the grooved fittings research office. All the products have passed the ISO9001 international certification system and UL, ULC and CCC certification.The company is a modern enterprise with the collection of producing and processing. Main product are all kinds of grooved fittings and ductile fittings from 0.5kg to 1 tons. All the working procedures including mold design, chemical composition test, product processing and paint are with reference to the advanced technology from US, following the requirements of the ministry of construction industry standard. All the grooved fittings have passed UL certification and domestic fire industry authorization certification. The company has made a great contribution to improving the project quality and reducing the project cost of Chinese water supply, fire fighting, mining and electricity.At present all the grooved fittings are produced through electric furnace smelting, automatic molding and detection before casting. The casting blank are produced completely automatically and all the machinery processing will use NC machine tool. The company has 4 intermediate frequency electric stoves, 2 automatic molding lines, more than 30 sets of CNC machining equipment and 2 paint production lines. And we can customize front axle and rear axle, agricultural machinery parts, auto parts, manhole covers, and other products according to the specific requirements of the customers.
