Shandong Strong Casting Co., Ltd. located in Shandong province, is a leading OEM manufacturer and exporter of iron casting, steel casting and aluminum die casting parts, according to the customers’ drawings or samples. The company is ISO9001:2000 certified with a fixed capital of RMB 80 million and about 1000 staff working for it. After many years development, the company has successfully enlarged its area up to 85, 000 sq. m, with an iron foundry, a precision steel foundry and a die casting foundry. Besides that, the company has a subsidiary company in the beautiful Qingdao City, who is in charge of all the overseas business. In the iron foundry, Shandong Strong Casting Company have two green sand production lines and two resin sand production lines with melting equipment of 3T/H, 5T/H, 7T/H and 10T/H cupolas, and 2T/H electric furnace respectively. Additionally, the company introduces casting technique from world famous Meehanite companies. The huge production capacity and variety of melting equipment enable us to mass produce all kinds of cast iron parts with weights from hundreds of grams to hundreds of kilograms, or even tons with a designed annual capacity of 40, 000T. In the steel foundry, investment casting method is adopted to produce all kinds of carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel casting parts which are used in construction machinery, heavy machinery, excavator machinery, agricultural machinery, auto industry and so on. In die casting foundry, the main equipment consists of 800T, 500T and 350T aluminum cold chamber die casting machines with a designed annual capacity of 7, 000 T and a variety of materials available, such as A360, A380, A383, AlSi10Mg, ADC10, ADC12, ZL104, ZL107 to satisfy the customers&＃039; different requirements. The machining workshop occupies an area of 12, 000 sq. m and is equipped with all kinds of equipments, namely engine lathe, NC lathe, vertical CNC, horizontal CNC, NC miller, Planer type miller and radial dills to meet different levels of machining requirement, for example, roughing and finishing. Besides that, the company introduces a series of advanced testing equipment: such as spectral apparatus, metallographic analyzer, crack meter, hardness tester, universal materials testing machine and three coordinates measuring equipment to guarantee a higher level of product quality.
