Shandong Yanzi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994, located in Qihe County Shandong Province. The company has a total floor area of 99,000 m2, 360 employees and 35 technicians. Annual production capacity for investment castings is about 1,500 tonnes and 8,000 tonnes for sand castings.
Shandong Yanzi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. have investment casting process, sand casting process, lost foam casting process and machining process. The materials include stainless steel, carbon steel, heat-resistant steel, alloy steel, cast iron & cooper alloy etc. All the materials are conform to the standards of GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN, JIS & EN, etc. The products cover auto parts, valve and pump parts, machinery parts, mining equipment parts, marine hardwares, saddleries, medical equipment parts & wear-resistant parts. Over 90% are for exporting and mainly exported to America, Japan, Australia, UK, Germany, France & Holland etc. We have passed ISO9001 certification in 2005 and TS16949 certification in 2009. We have been implementing 5S onsite management for many years.
We have complete inspection equipments such as: CMM, image measurement machine, universal tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, salt frog testing machine, spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detector etc. With these equipments we can ensure the high quality of the castings.
