Shandong Zhongtong Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. (short for ZTSS) focuses on the development of steel structure construction undertaking. With a registered capital of USD 6 million and a total capital of USD 30 million, Shandong Zhongtong Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. have an annual steel structure producing capacity of 100,000 tons and 100,000sqm production area. Our company is specialized in the processing and manufacturing of multi-high level space structures and heavy steel structures. We can offer services of R&D, production, construction and installation. Our annual processing capability of steel structure reaches 100,000 tons while the production capacity of various maintenance plates reaches 2,600,000 square meters.

ZTSS holds Class 1 qualification on the steel structure specialty contracting and manufacture and Class A qualification on specialized design of the steel structure projects which are issued by the National Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. ZTSS obtained quality system certification of ISO9001:2000, environmental management system certification of ISO14001:2004 and occupational heath and safety management system certification of OHSAS18001:1999.

In 2006, ZTSS won foreign project contracting certificate issued by State Commerce Ministry. Our products are exported to such countries as Australia, South Korea, India, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Sudan, Niger, Angola and Algeria.

ZTSS design and research institute holds the Class A qualification on specialized design of the steel structure projects, which is issued by the National Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (such as single-layer steel frame, bent frame, multi-storey frame, rack and reticulated shell). Our company utilizes twelve sets of software as Auto-CAD, 3D3S MTS and PKPM network version (including STS, TAT, SATWE and EPDA), STEED/PRO, American CSI building structure designing and analyzing software ETABS, and Korean MIDAS Gen software. Our company strictly complies with relevant standards and regulations issued by China government to ensure the reliable structure.

We have introduced such eqiupment for production as H-steel production line and cube type production line, NC intersection line, cutting bent production line, hot rolling H-steel second processing equipment production line and 360 degrees bite plate and AL-Mg-Mn alloy plate maintenance system production line.

Various components like cube type pillars, cross posts, tubular pillars, H-beam columns and other heterotupic components are used.
