Zhangjiagang Shazhou Vehicle Co., Ltd stands in the east of Zhangjiagang city which is near Shanghai. The former?was 7th Factory of Jiangsu Mudan Automobile Group. She became an independent company from 2001 and devoted herself to producing light trucks and light buses.
Main equipments includes: light truck and van Shazhou Vehicle CO., LTDlding line, assembling line, painting line, 3 units 630T pressure machine, mental cuttings, plate cutter, refine processing equipment, CO2 shield welder, Air Plasma Cutting Machine, AC welding machine and DC welding machine, MA CUTTING MACHINE, traveling crane in every workshop, special power supply line from city, 2 units diesel generator system, over ten units air compress system. The annual produce capability is 10,000 units light truck.
Main products:
One is light truck group :Dumper trucks series, normal trucks and box trucks .Our light trucks cover form 1.5 ton to 3.5 ton .We are developing refrigeration trucks these days ,and our new refrigeration trucks will be put into market at the end of September 2006. As to light bus group , there are two series: one is for cargo ,the other is for passengers .
Our products are very popular in middle east , Africa and south Asia . And they have been exported to more than 40 countries , such as Syria , Egypt, Ukraine , Bulgaria ,Vietnam and so on ! Not only Finished products , but also CKD do me export .All trucks sold by MUDAN Group and kingstar Vehicle trade company are produced by our factory.
There are over 400 staffs, among them near 50 are engineers, others are professional skilled workers, the average age of the staff is below 38.
The subsidiary company, Zhangjiagang Colorful lacquer producing Co., Ltd. It is a professional company producing automobile oil paint, atom ash, glass steel and other automobile matching products. Annual produce capability is 600T atom ash, 600T oil paint and 5000 sets inner and out adorns. These products are sold not only to MuDan Group, but also to other do
