The company has three production bases in Shandong China.Kangbei currently has one R&D center which has collaborated with the Chinese University of Petroleum, the Shengli Oilfield Drilling Technology Research Institute and the Shengli Oilfield Petroleum Engineering Research Institute. In terms of data acquisition, the R&D center has done research concerning Heavy Oil HPHT 3-D Physical Simulation.
