Founded in 2000, we CarPilot Technology provide you with one-stop services for a wide range of in-car A/V systems. We have two factories and partner closely with many factories in china to carry out mass production for you. Our current product range covers car sun visor series, car rear view series, car DVD series, car GPS,Car Flip Down/roof seriese and other in-car electronic devices.
Strict QC procedures conducted by an experienced QC team
We have an experienced QC team, which is made up of 8 officers with approximately eight years" experience in this field. They conduct a complete QC procedure - including aging test, high/low temperature test, vibration and shockproof test - to ensure top quality. To make sure every unit is defect-free, we will check all the finished products again in our in-house testing room before shipment.
All raw materials and product accessories must be checked and tested before entering our production facilities. QC inspectors take the semi-products at any time for testing during the mass production.Finished products will run at least 8 hours to insure quality .
