Our main machining equipment includes: three Swiss AgieCharmilles EDMS (350SP, 35P, and 23UP), two Japanese hobbing machines (120A & 120), three Slow-feeding wire-cutting machines (AgieCharmilles CUT20P & CHMER), more than 20 Japanese precision injection machines and a number of precision detectors.
Our scope of principal operations, among others, includes precision plastic gears; plastic gear moulds, and gear copper electrode and cavity electros parking. The degree of precision can meet the requirements of JGMA and JIS. And our products are widely used in printers, shredders, duplicators, fax machines, massagers, smart products, toys, HMs, locks, servers (servo), DVD players, (lock) meters, cameras, timers, cars and health care and other transmission equipment.
