Shenzhen Jiayeda Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996, and then moved to Changde, Hunan Province to form a joint venture company with Hunan Changde Yanzhou, changing its form name into Hunan Changde Jiayeda Electronics Co., Ltd. Now Shenzhen Jiayeda Electrics Co., Ltd. specialize in the production of piezoelectricity ceramic frequency components and quartz crystal oscillators.
Our total capitals reach up to 50 million Yuan. We cover an area of 27, 900 square meters, among which there is a building area of 20, 576 square meters. We have a staff of over 500 personnel including more than 50 various senior and middle-level technicians. Also "Sichuan Jiayeda Electronics Material Research Center" has been established by us and Sichuan University.
Our main business lines include piezoelectricity ceramic frequency components and quartz crystal oscillators, which are widely used in broadcasts telecommunications computers MP3 mobile phones, household appliances and industrial automation, etc. The blade-type filter, which was collaboratively developed by us and S-CERA Electronics Co., Ltd, also was ranked the high-new technological products encouraged by the national development. And the non-lead piezoelectricity ceramic frequency components collaboratively developed by Sichuan University Material Science and Engineering Institute has been listed into the national "865" plan.
Our yearly production capacity ranked the top in the same industry with yearly production of frequency components up to 300 millions and SMD 30 millions. We has adopted the domestically advanced production technologies and equipment and conducted the stringent quality control. We passed ISO9002 certification in October, 1999, and ISO9001: 2000 new edition certification in August, 2002.
