March 2010, Dongguan MLF Tech.Co.Ltd. was established and started mass production due to the needs for the development of the group. After the group&＃039;s thousands of people concerted efforts and hard work together, MLF has achieved a capacity of 60K pcs /day and annual sales more than 30Million US Dollars. MLF product quality adheres to the "high standard "high precision "zero defect" concept to meet customer requirements as our purpose; implements TQM system to ensure product quality in each process is effectively monitored and up to the quality standards. MLF has a comprehensive quality assurance system, and operates in strict accordance with ISO9000 regulations and ERP, PDM, CRM management system. Under carrying on Six Sigma, and establishing of projects to improve quality and reduce costs, MLF has completed 6 projects successfully and saved 6 million U.S. Dollars and supported customers to complete 3 projects. As to Process control, QE fully joins in the work of the inspection station, makes G/ NG test fixture substitute judge, and improves process control accuracy. QE establishes and leads Quality Control Circle. Our R&D team is composed of 18 professionals, led by 5 senior engineers with more than 15 years of industry experience. The group established of a professional laboratory with the international most advanced testing equipments. There are 3 Senior QE Engineers and 2 Senior Electrical Engineers, all inspectors are graduated from professional Electronics University and obtained the quality system certificates.
