Seaflyer, having 400+ employees, can supply full service from 3D drawing designing, mould building, to injecting products (24 injection machines), surface treatment and accembling. Shenzhen Seaflyer Mould Manufacturing Co. Ltd. have about 8 years of exporting experience, maily to European countries, USA and Japan. About 50% of our products are auto parts, including BMW, Renault, Audi, Nissan, Volvo, Valeo, etc. About 25% are household electrical products, like coffeepot, Cleaner, Water boiler. We also have production lines for smalll precision parts, like medical devices and mobile phones. The largest mold we have made is 2m*1.8m, about 2 tons. We have about 400 employee and have good control of our orders from designing to delivery. We inspect and report to our customers on the progress weekly.
