We also have own knitting factory manufacture sweaters in 10-years. It provides high flexible transportation system to response to dynamic customer demands. The whole building area is above 4500 square meters and accommodates more than 300 workers and have many sets of various gauges of hand knitting machines (from 3 gauges to 14 gauges) . And linking machines etc. Moreover, our owned high capacity steamer stabilizes the operation of drying machines and ironing section; our "passing through" metal detection equipment ensure the products safety to end-users.
Our factory produces ladies', mens & children fancy sweaters for the market of EU countries, Canada, Japan & Korea, etc. Generally, minimum quantity has to be 250 pieces per style and our production capacity could reach 30, 000 pieces per month.
We not only have built up a good and reliable reputation, it has also evolved from a simple OEM factory into now a vertically integrated enterprise providing services from exports, material sourcing and design collaborations.
