Shrey Ceramics offers indigenous technology to manufacture Honeycomb type Ceramic Filters for molten metal filtration for use upto 1400 C.The metals include Cast iron, grey iron, aluminium, copper and alloys.The inclusions and unwanted impurities in the molten metal are mechanically removed by the filter walls of the Honeycomb and the pure metal flows into the casting moulds.Advantages include Improved surface finsih of casting components, reduces rejection, increases productivity, good flow, and cost effective.Available in shapes: Square, Round, rectangular.Sizes range from: 25mm dia/ sq. to 125 mm dai/sq.Tailor made to suit yShrey Ceramic requirement.
