All machines are very simple to operate and have electro-mechanical control panels. Sturdy machines with Stainless steel outer panels. All parts coming in contact with ice cream & milk are stainless steel & food grade material. We use only CFC free eco-friendly refrigerant R-404a & 134a Gas.
