We custom process Calcined Petroleum Coke, Natural Graphite, Synthetic [artificial] Graphite for the Auto-ancillary Friction industry and also cater to Chemical Reaction and Foundry Applications. You will find our materials in critical friction components in autos and trucks all over the world.

Products Processed

1. Calcined Petroleum Coke:
Custom processed to match sieve and grade requirements.
At times, the product meets 6 different sieve/size parameters. Available in lumps, granules, fines and powders upto [-] 325 mesh ASTM with 99% passing through.
End Use: Carbon pick-up in foundries, Friction products. Corrosion resistant lining and products, Clutch carbon rings etc.

2. Natural Graphite:
Processed in flakes and powders upto [-] 325 mesh ASTM, 98% passing through.
Our Graphite are natural - crystalline - flaky with fixed Carbon ranges from 80% - 96%.
End Use: Friction products, Lubricants, Coatings, Refractories, Pencil leads, Crucibles etc.

3. Synthetic [Artificial] Graphite:
Processed in Granules, fine- granules and powders upto [-] 325 mesh ASTM, 99% passing through, Fixed carbon Ranges 95% - 99%.
End Use: Carbon pick-up in foundries, Friction products. Corrosion resistant lining and products, Clutch carbon rings etc.
